Happy Trails to a fine gentleman who dedicated a great part of his life promoting the citizens of Covington, Kentucky as well as Kenton County and Northern Kentucky. I always found his companionship to be most respected and admired. He will long be remembered for the festivals and his organization skill in the social economic fabric of Covington. A good job God's good and faithful servant. Dr. John Stephenson former Superintendent of Education for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
