Charlotte Lee Carter, 84, of Taylor Mill, KY, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022. She was a retired clerk with the Internal Revenue Service. Charlotte loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed going to Keenland, skiing, boating, UK Basketball, the Bengals and listening to music. Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband: James Lee Carter, Sr. She is survived by her sons: James (Terri) Carter, Jr. and Rodney (Karen) Carter; brothers: Tom (Marianne) Wilson, Randy Wilson and Rick (Dave Martin) Wilson and grandchildren: James Carter, III and Brieanna Carter. A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place at the convenience of the family. Memorials are suggested to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
