Carl "CJ" Edward Allen, Jr., 31, of Highland Heights, KY, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. He was a union painter with 9 years of service. CJ enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with his children. He was preceded in death by his parents: Carl and Tammy Allen. CJ is survived by his fiancé: Ashley L. Rose; children: Ava Allen and Carson Allen; siblings: Timmy (KC Martin) Stevens, Amber (late: Tom) Rief, Michael (Ashley Mann) Allen and Charlie (Amanda Hutchison-Ryan) Louden and 8 nieces and 3 nephews. Visitation will take place at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 12:00 PM until the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.
