Mary "Janice" Sterling Eubank, 92, of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, February 2, 2024. She was a devoted member of St. Pius X Church and a 1950 graduate of Notre Dame Academy. Janice was a lab tech in the Radiology Department with St. Elizabeth Hospital North before becoming a caring homemaker. She was known for her generosity, kindness and love. Janice was like a mother to many neighbors and extended family. She was a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother who was totally dedicated to her family. Janice and her husband were joined in marriage on October 9, 1954 at Mother of God Church in Covington, KY. She was preceded in death by her loving husband: William Ivan Eubank, Sr.; grandchildren: Eli and Chad; great-grandchildren: Logan and Nathan II, her parents and several brothers and sisters. Janice is survived by her 8 children: William Eubank, Jr., David (Kim) Eubank, James Eubank, Susan (Robbie) Taylor, Lisa (late: Todd) Henderson, Marc Eubank, Gina (Rob) Monson and Michael (Lora) Eubank; brother: Jim Sterling; brother and sister in-law: Carl and Lucy; 23 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. A special thanks to Janice's caregivers: Joyce and Natosha. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at St. Pius X Church, 348 Dudley Road, Edgewood, KY 41017.
