Wanda Yelton Gardner, age 88 of Fort Wright, KY passed away on Sun., Oct. 2, 2011 at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, OH. She was a Retired Administrative Assistant with the American Federation of Government Employees. A member of St. Peter and St. Paul United Church of Christ in Cincinnati, OH and a former member of St. Mark United Church of Christ in Latonia, KY. Wanda was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, National Association of Retired Federal Employees, A.F.G.E. Local 128, Kentucky Rovers, Lakeside Seniors and Leisure Timers. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Aubrey K. Gardner in 1980, Daughter, Rhonda Yelton in 1973 and a Son, Philip Yelton in 1973. She is survived by a Son: Russell (Deborah) Yelton of Morrow, OH, 3 Grandchildren: Tiffany (Jesse) Hancox, Nicole (Dan) Johnston and Natalie Yelton, 2 Great Grandchildren: Chana and Charlotte Hancox and 1 Niece: Vickie Weithorn. The Memorial Service will be on Wed., Oct. 5, 2011 at Highland Cemetery Chapel in Fort Mitchell, KY at 11 AM. There is no visitation. Interment in Highland Cemetery.
