Charles Henry Byrnes, Jr., age 57 of Taylor Mill, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Hospice in Fort Thomas, KY. He was an Appliance Repairman for the former A-1 Appliance in Covington, KY. He was a Navy Veteran during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by a Sister: Kimberly Byrnes. Charles is survived by his Wife: Sylvia Byrnes, Mother and Step-Father: Delores & Jerry Gibson, Daughters: Sharon Byrnes, Kim Angulo and Christine Hubbard, Son: Charles Henry Byrnes, III, Sisters: Mary Catherine Haggard and Debra Jeronimonus, Brothers: Robert David Byrnes, Harry Faust and Joey Byrnes and several Grandchildren. The Visitation will be on Friday, May 18, 2012 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 10 AM until the Catholic Blessing at 11 AM. Blessed are the Peace Makers, the children of God
On behalf of myself and my entire family, we just want to send our condolences. You probably know that we lost our Father (Gatewood) just a few short months ago… and our hearts are so heavy for the loss you are feeling right now.
We just got word yesterday that this happened and we are devastated that we couldn’t attend the visitation. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and will be often in the coming months. This is a very sad and painful thing, but I know I am personally taking a bit of solace in the idea that my Dad was just reunited with one of his friends and brothers in the cause. =)
