Elaine Ruby Hacker, age 91, of Latonia, KY passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, KY. She was preceded in death by her first Husband: William Edgar Stahl and second Husband: Dexter Hacker. She is survived by her Daughters: Carol Hurst and Sherry Wallace and Son: Eddie K. Stahl.
