Van Durstock, age 78 of Taylor Mill, KY passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at his home. He loved spending time with his Family, especially his Grandchildren. He was an avid Golfer and loved playing cards. A member of Holy Cross Church, an Army Veteran and Retired as a Truck Driver with UPS after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his Brother, Freddy Durstock. Van is survived by his Wife: Carolyn Durstock; Daughters: Beth (Rick) Conley and Susan (Dan) Kitzmiller; Sons: Dan (Julie) Durstock and Michael (Rhonda) Durstock; Sisters: Janis Underhill and Virginia Kirby; 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren; Brother-in-Law: Roger Pfalzgraf. The Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 9:30 AM until Prayers at 11:30 AM, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Cross Church 3612 Church Street Latonia, KY at 12 NOON. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY. Memorials to: Holy Cross High School Alumni Association 3617 Church Street Latonia, KY 41015.
