Condolences
My heart goes out to the Gastright family. I want to thank Mary Lou for all the support that she gave me during my 18 years at Holy Cross. She was so much fun to be around and a great listener as well. She was the backbone of her family and of her church. I am so sorry to have heard of her passing so late.
Sorry to hear about your mother. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Keeping you prayer. May you be blessed with warm, happy memories that will sustain you at this difficult time and into the future.
God bless all of you. You are in my prayers.
Gosh, so many memories of your mom in the
Beauty shop. She has given so many people love and healing in their time of need. My prayer is that each of you feel her love.
I am so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for your family. May Our Lord be near you in this difficult time.
Our prayers and condolences go out to you all. She will be missed, our loss is heavens gain.
What a personality!! We loved when she was at the parties & showers! She made me laugh and she could hoot n’ holler with the best of them! Did she love her family! Dedicated and loyal and a truly good person. Our love and prayers to all the Gastrights~ I smile every time I think of her.
My sympathy to all the Gastrights and extended family. Mary Lou was one of a kind, a terrific mother and a great friend to all who she came in contact with, especially to those she helped in times of grief.
We are so sorry for your loss. I first met Mary Lou when she was dating my cousin Fred. How long ago that was. At that time I was looking forward to being grownup as they were–and dating! Mary Lou was always smiling when I saw her. You are all in our prayers. Cecilia & Ron Hudepohl
My sympathy to all of you on your loss. I only knew your mom from many years ago when the Gastrights would get together.
It sounds as if she lived a very active life. My dad was Ed Gastright, Fred Sr.’s brother. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
Mary Lou was the most loving woman I’ve ever known. My heartfelt sympathy to all those whose lives she touched. She will be sorely missed.
My sister and I recently met Mary Lou when she helped us prepare for our mother’s funeral this past week. She was so kind and sweet! We just wanted to let you know how much she loved all of you! She showed us her photo album and had a big smile on her face remembering the fun trips to the beach, making breakfast with the grandchildren, the grandchildren running by her deck and waving to her before jumping in the pool. She also expressed how much of a blessing her children were: paying for her trip to the beach, taking pictures and making her photo albums, helping her take care of her house, and staying with her the entire time when she was hospitalized. She also showed us the picture she wanted for her funeral. She said she liked it so much because it was such a happy time. She wanted her family to remember her with a smile on her face waving good bye on her way to heaven. The last thing she showed us was her Christmas tree-she said she so enjoyed decorating it for the different seasons with her family. What great memories to hold in your heart of your mother. God bless all of you. Love, Dotty and Debbie
Sending prayers to your family and all concerned. Mary Lou was truly one of the most wonderful women we have every known.
Our prayers are with your family at this sad time.
