My heart goes out to the whole family. I can’t thank Diane and Babe enough for taking such wonderful care of my mom. Diane was the best friend and best caretaker. Her and Babe treated her like family and helped her tremendously. She will be so missed by everyone especially her family. I’m sure her and mom are playing cards in heaven!

While walking my 2 pups yesterday, Oct 5th, we walked by the Neff home and Babe was on the porch with 2 family members. Babe worked with my husband, Pete Noel, at the Mt Washington Post Office. Babe was a great help to me after my husband passed and visited us with gifts from the mailmen and patrons if the Mt Washington Office. What a comfort they were to me, and his beautiful wife, Diane. We kept in contact as we walked by their house over the years. Thank you, Babe, and Diane for your great comfort and laughter we shared as we met in our neighborhood of Latonia. I told Babe that I\'m sure Diane would meet Pete in Heaven and they probably would be having card games in Heaven. Love and comfort to you, Babe, Diane, and your wonderful family. We will all meet together in Heaven. Jo Noel

So sorry for your loss of an amazing and special lady. I worked with her at St. Elizabeth and always loved when she came in to train employees with CPR. I was saddened to hear the news. I will always remember her beautiful smile and her caring attitude. She will always have a special place in my heart. Prayers to her husband Babe who she always talked about and her kids. RIP my friend.

I grew up with Diane as a next-door neighbor and someone who became my Mom's best friend. Diane was a beautiful and caring soul and it showed. It showed in her eyes, smile, laugh and in everything I saw her do. My most heartfelt condolences to Babe, Cindy, Julie, Mike, Dave, Todd and Diane's entire family. I pray that your memories and the love she gave will comfort all of you. Love, Cathy

I can just imagine JESUS face when Diane arrived in Heaven. I'm sure the Book of Diane's life had so many things she did for others that it was a large book. As a Mother that loved her Family she was always on call. She was a person that showed kindness to me like she had known me forever. Such a great loss to us all that had the privilege to have know her, even briefly on visits to Kentucky. I know Aunt Helen will be there to greet Diane, she loved her too. Rest in peace Sweet Angel Diane. Condolences to her beautiful Family especially "Babe". GOD will be with you.
