Rev. Gary A. Miller, 70, of Latonia, KY passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents: Albert and Marian Miller. Rev. Miller is survived by his brothers: Ronald (Marsha) Miller and Donald (Janet) Miller; 3 nieces: Terri Miller, Shari (Wes) Testerman & Shelly Miller; 2 nephews: David (Sheri) Miller and Steve (Jessica) Miller and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Holy Cross Church, 3612 Church Street, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 9 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment:Mother of God Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Diocese of Covington C/O Priest Retirement Fund, 1125 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY 41011. Dear Miller Family, God’s timing is a mystery we do not understand, yet we trust for the future and cling to His hand.In case you are wondering who I am–one of the Hoffman Family that lived on Clifford Ave. I am sorry to hear the news and Father Gary will be missed deeply and knowing that he is at peace is comforting. I was saddened to read of Gary’s passing. It wasn’t long ago my sister sent me his phone number and I called him. We talked of the old days when we played baseball in the alley behind Roxie’s. He will be missed but he’s now in good hands.
