Leanne you are clearly one of God’s angels. Chet is the guy who, when he walked into a room he brought an infectious smile and spirit. Chet is such a humble man always elevating the importance of others, higher than himself. Greg loved and held high his family especially Leanne. My future visits home (to Cov Cath) will have a void. As I write. I have a smile that’s (the Chet Affect) defined as the impact Chet’s smile and lively conversations have on others! Live on Brother you are missed and will always be loved! With a spirit that will NOT DIE!

Greg was an extremely dedicated member of Saint Benedict Parish. He was involved in many parish activities. He particularly delighted in helping to organize the summer festival. I had numerous conversations with him and will miss his spirit and enthusiasm. His fellow parishioners will always remember his contributions to Saint Benedict Church.

Greg "Chet", Mike, Kathleen and Coach/Teacher Maile capture most of my thoughts and reflections. I'll simply add this thought. All of us have our individual and collective memories. And the common denominator for all of us is that we are more Christ Like because we knew you Chet. Sweets

Greg “Chet” was a very big part of the Wehry family. From coming to parties, celebrations, and playing Santa for our children. He will be missed but all the good memories will remain! Love and prayers to you, Leeann!❤️

I am so sad to read of Chet's passing. My prayers are with all of the Colonels and the family. Chet was one of kind. A great man who touched everyone who knew him. When I ran into Chet, I knew I was talking with a man who lived life to it's fullest and brought joy to everyone that knew him. His "Spirit Will Never Die". Love and Prayers, Coach.

Where do you start when you know someone for 54 years? Start by keeping all of Chet's memories alive. All of the fun times, softball games (win or lose), Bengal games and maybe a party or 2, or 100. Chet loved being a Covington Catholic Colonel, especially a 1975 Colonel. Devoted to Leann and St. Ben's. Rest in Peace my good friend. Friends are forever, you might lose them but you’ll never forget them. Thanks for Everything.

Greg "Chet", You were one of our most popular 1975 CCH classmates, many great memories. We'll greatly miss you and you're always in our prayers. May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rain fall softly on your fields, AND UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, may you keep safe in the gentle, loving arms of God. Most Sincerely, Your 1975 CCH Brothers.
