Condolences
Dear Welch family: My deepest condolences are sent for your family. My mom is Anne Kaeff, who loved and respected Jack and your mom very much. I was lucky enough to meet Jack on a couple of occasions and he was a great guy. Mom told me how much he loved going to mass, lighting candles and saying prayers for so many ppl. He was a faithful servant. My mom misses her daily phone calls from Jack. God Bless.
