Joyce A. Mullins, 87, of Florence, KY, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023. She was a retired insurance clerk. Joyce had a very strong will to live and waited as long as she could to be with Jesus and her loved ones. She loved all types of animals especially cats. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband: Ballard Mullins and parents: Thomas and Zuma Isaacs. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Graveside Service and Interment will take place at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 on Friday, June 30, 2023 begining at 12:00 PM (noon).
