I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mike Hatton. Although I have recently departed UC Health the memories and connections made still remain. During the two years that I had the privilege of working under his leadership at UC Health, I came to admire his quiet yet always uplifting presence. His calm demeanor, paired with his infectious sense of humor, made a lasting impression on me, and I will forever be grateful for the guidance and support he provided. Mike was more than just a manager; he was a mentor and a friend. He made a difference in so many lives, and his ability to lead with both professionalism and warmth will not be forgotten. His presence in the workplace will certainly be missed by everyone who had the privilege of working with him. My thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time. I want to express my deepest condolences—Mike’s impact was far-reaching, and I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Mike’s legacy will live on in the many lives he touched. He will never be forgotten. With deepest sympathy, Jacob Lorenzen

All of my thoughts and prayers are with Mike\'s family and loved ones. I started with Health Alliance a month after Mike\'s hiring. I worked with Mike on the Client Services team at the University hospital and he was honest and humble guy. I believed Mike would support and defend those close to him and the technical team under him. Mike has been valued friend, and we will miss his calm and good nature. Hearing his deep voice in meetings will remain with us. (Past technical meeting Hayrides- ;)) Be well. - Andy

Mike had a great wit and relaxed way about him. He was incredibly bright and insightful. In my interactions with him I always learned something new. His sometimes gruff outward style belied a kind and caring individual who supported his co-workers, wanting only the best for them. I am a better person for having known him and grateful for the 10-years we were colleagues. My condolences to his family and friends. His presence will be missed but his place in our hearts will remain and be remembered.

Mike will be missed. He was the best person to use the project management tool at work the way it was meant to be used. Strong but silent and he and his team really supported me while working on a 3 year program at UC Health. Mike, you will be missed.

I worked on projects with Michael in IT but a different department. Though I did not know him well he and his family are in my thoughts.

Mike, to say that you will be missed is an understatement. It's hard to believe we won't hear the deep voice of yours telling a joke in only the way you can. Thank you for being you. Sending healing energy to your family and friends.
