Patricia Ann "Sam" Woodward, 80, of Taylor Mill, KY, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. She was a retired manager of Value City Department Store. Pat was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Taylor Mill, KY and was active in the fruit club. She enjoyed bowling, crafting, and loved to travel and look for shells on the beach. Pat was preceded in death by her son: Wayne A. "Woody" Woodward. She is survived by her husband: Fred A. Woodward who were together for 68 years; siblings: Carol Bryd, Robert Hammons, and Leisa Hammons; grandchildren: Angela (Thomas) Day, Derek (Nataly) Woodward, Stacey (Kevin) Schaber, Ryan Woodward and 8 great-grandchildren. A visitation will take place on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 10:00AM until the time of Funeral Service at 12:00PM (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY. Memorial donations in Pat's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital c/o stjude.org. I miss you, I haven’t heard your voice for 3 days now and that’s probably the first time in my life I’ve gone that long without talking to you see you when I get there. Pat was like a mom to me and a wonderful grandmother to my daughter Angela and her siblings . Ive know Pat for 45 years , she has been such a blessing to everyone she knew . Rest in pease sweet lady , we love you! You will never be forgotten and will always be missed! Love Kim
