Rose Lynn Forman, 78, of Petersburg, KY, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. She was a member and treasurer of Petersburg Baptist Church. Lynn was faithful to her church and in her younger years enjoyed bowling and playing softball. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Lynn leaves behind 5 siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years: Gary Forman; son: Dean (Sherry) Klopp; daughter: Brandy Lynn (Sondra Blythe) Forman; step-daughter: Holly Forman and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lynn donated her body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Memorials are suggested to: Petersburg Baptist Church, 6537 Market Street, Petersburg, KY 41080.
