Russell Lee Harlow, 79, of Dry Ridge, KY, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. He was a retired security guard at the federal building in Cincinnati, OH. Russell was an avid Cincinnati Reds baseball fan and loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his parents: Edgar and Laura Harlow and wife: Peggy L. Harlow. Russell is survived by his children: Curtis (Sis) Joslin, Rusty Harlow and Sylvia Gibson; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was part of a large family consisting of many brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
